When will my order arrive?
We dispatch next working day from our UK warehouse. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is 1-2 working days. Order before 2pm Mon-Thu and you'll usually have it the next day.
What's your returns policy?
30 days, unopened, in original packaging. If something arrives damaged or wrong, DM us on @popofbeauty_ with a photo and we'll sort it fast.
Do you ship outside the UK?
UK first, Dubai for bulk B2B, rest of Europe and ROW on request. Email support@popofbeauty.co.uk for a custom shipping quote.
How long before I see results?
12 weeks minimum, applied once daily. Some see thickness at week 6, others take the full 12 weeks.
Can I use it with extensions?
Yes. Oil-free, extension-safe. Apply to the lash line only, once a day. Avoid the first 48 hours after an infill.
What about contact lenses or sensitive eyes?
Safe with contact lenses. Apply at night, let it absorb 15 minutes before bed. Patch test for 48 hours first.
