The questions techs ask before applying.

Do I need a big Instagram following to get accepted?

No. We care about whether you're an active working tech with real client work, not your follower count. A 600-follower tech who posts client transformations weekly will get in faster than a 10K-follower account that doesn't lash.

How long does the application take to review?

We review weekly, usually Mondays. You'll hear back within 7 working days. If we need more info we'll email you.

Can I use my discount on top of sales or other promo codes?

Personal ambassador discount stacks on most things, but not on bundle prices (which are already discounted) and not on Subscribe & Save (also already discounted). Stackable with single-product orders at full price.

What counts as a "referral order" for tier qualification?

Any order placed through your unique code or tracking link by someone other than yourself. Your own personal-discount orders don't count toward tier progress, only customer orders do.

Do tiers reset?

The 90-day window is rolling, not calendar. So if you hit Pro by driving 2 orders in March-May and then drive 1 order in June, you stay at Pro until your earliest qualifying order ages out of the 90-day window.

What's the WhatsApp group for VIPs?

Direct line to Poppy and the team. Early heads-up on new product drops (so you can post first), monthly content prompts, peer support from other VIP techs. It's small and active, not a 200-person noise pit.

Can I lose my tier or get removed from the programme?

Yes, in two scenarios: (1) inactivity for 6+ months means automatic removal, (2) using the code in spammy or off-brand ways (Reddit dumps, fake reviews, mass DM blasts). We're protective of the brand and will quietly remove anyone who's not a fit.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. You can leave at any time and we can remove you at any time. The terms you accept on application are the terms.
