Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK: 2-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. Same-working-day dispatch when ordered before 2pm.

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Is shipping really free?

Free UK shipping on orders over £75. Below that, standard Royal Mail rates apply (usually £3.95 Tracked).

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We're UK-only on the website. Dubai-based salons can DM @popofbeauty_ for our Dubai partnership programme.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If it's been 5+ working days since your dispatch email and Royal Mail tracking shows nothing, message us. We'll sort it. Either we re-send or refund, your call.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery. Unopened products: full refund. Opened/used products: case-by-case (genuine issues are always covered).

Hygiene-sensitive items (lash trays, applicators) can't be returned once opened unless faulty. Standard hygiene rule for the industry.

The product I received is faulty/damaged. What do I do?

Email a photo to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it. No questions, no quibbling. Cracked bottles and damaged trays happen, we own it.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive the return: 3-5 working days for the refund to hit your card via Stripe.

What is Subscribe & Save?

Get your essential products on auto-restock at 10-15% off. Pick the frequency (4, 6, 8 weeks). Delivered automatically. Pause or cancel any time from your account.

Available on glue, growth serums, primer, shampoo, sealant, and select bundles.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Log into your account, click "Manage subscriptions". Change frequency, skip a delivery, swap products, or cancel entirely. Takes 30 seconds.

Can I add a one-off item to my next subscription delivery?

Yes. From your account, "Add product" before your next delivery date. We'll batch them together so you don't pay double shipping.

Does Subscribe & Save stack with other discount codes?

No. Subscription items are already discounted (10-15%), so promo codes don't stack on top. SWITCH20 and WELCOME10 work on first one-time orders only.

Lash Adhesive (Glue)

What's the dry time on the POP glue?

0.5 to 1 second in optimal conditions (40-60% humidity, 18-22°C). If your room is drier or cooler, dry time goes up slightly. Run a humidifier or use a primer to compensate.

How long does an opened bottle last?

4-6 weeks if stored properly (airtight container, 18-22°C, away from direct sunlight). After that, viscosity changes and retention drops. This is why we recommend Subscribe & Save: get a fresh bottle before the old one degrades.

My retention has dropped suddenly. What's wrong?

Most common causes (in order): glue is past its prime, room humidity is wrong, primer step skipped, sealant step skipped, client aftercare. Check those first.

If you've checked all five and you're sure the products are the issue, DM us. We'll talk through your workflow.

Is the glue fume-free / hypoallergenic?

It's low-fume. Standard cyanoacrylate adhesive (the only thing that actually retains lashes long-term). If you or a client has had allergic reactions to lash glue before, we recommend a patch test 24-48 hours before a full set.

Coffee Collection

What are the three Coffee Collection shades?

Latte: lightest, for blonde clients and very light brunettes. Photographs as honey-brown.

Mocha: mid-tone, for ash brown and medium brunette. Most popular tray.

Espresso: deepest brown, for dark brunette and black-haired clients who want softer than full black. Reads as dark chocolate.

What curl and diameter are the Coffee Collection trays?

D Curl, 0.05 diameter. Mixed and single lengths available. The same fan-ability as the standard D Curl trays, just in three brown shades.

Can I charge more for Coffee sets?

Most techs charge a £10 upcharge per Coffee set on top of their normal rate. Clients pay the upcharge happily because the result photographs noticeably more natural than black on lighter clients.

Training Courses

Are your courses accredited?

Yes. All POP courses are accredited and recognised for insurance. Course details are listed on each course page.

Do you offer in-person and online?

Both. Online courses are self-paced, accessed via login. In-person courses run from Poppy's studio, Manchester. Limited availability, book ahead.

I'm completely new. Where should I start?

Classic Lash Extensions. It's the foundation course. After that you can layer Hybrid, Russian Volume, Brow Lamination as you grow.

Also worth pairing with our New Tech Starter Kit (everything physical you need to learn on, including a practice mannequin).

Ambassador Programme

How do I become a POP ambassador?

Apply via the ambassador page. We review weekly, decisions within 7 working days. Active UK lash techs with real client work get prioritised.

Do I need a big Instagram following?

No. Real client work matters more than follower count. A 600-follower tech who posts client transformations weekly will get in faster than a 10K influencer who doesn't lash.

What do ambassadors get?

10-25% personal discount (depending on tier), 10% commission on referred orders, monthly Instagram features (VIP tier), POP Fam WhatsApp access (VIP tier). Full breakdown on the ambassador page.

Account & Orders

How do I track my order?

You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking number. Or log into your account, "Orders" tab, click the order. Status updates from Royal Mail show there.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Account login page → "Forgot password" → enter your email. You'll get a reset link within a couple of minutes (check spam if it doesn't arrive).

Where can I see my POP Loyalty points?

The loyalty widget at the bottom of the screen ("POP Loyalty Rewards"). Click it, log in, see your points balance and how to redeem.

How do I update my delivery address?

Log into your account, "Addresses" tab, edit. Make sure to update before placing your next order or before your next subscription delivery date.
