We dispatch next working day from our UK warehouse. Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery is 1-2 working days. Order before 2pm Mon-Thu and you'll usually have it the next day.

What's your returns policy?

30 days, unopened, in original packaging. If something arrives damaged or wrong, DM us on @popofbeauty_ with a photo and we'll sort it fast.

Do you ship outside the UK?

UK first, Dubai for bulk B2B, rest of Europe and ROW on request. Email hello@popofbeauty.co.uk for a custom shipping quote.

How often should I recommend this to clients?

Daily after the first 24 hours post-set. Most retention drops in week 2 come from clients not cleaning lashes.

Can I resell to my clients?
