Daily after the first 24 hours post-set. Most retention drops in week 2 of a set come from clients not cleaning their lashes properly.

Can clients use regular face wash on lash extensions?

No. Most contain oils that break down the glue bond. Lash extension wearers need a dedicated extension-safe shampoo.
